DAO Labs blends the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern wellness experiences. Our new Mobile Elixir Bar brings herbal tonics and adaptogenic drinks to the streets of Minneapolis—creating moments of calm, energy, and connection in every cup.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a digitally savvy storyteller, content creator, and vibe-capturer to help bring our mobile experience to life online. You’ll be on-site at events and pop-ups, capturing footage, interviewing customers or acupuncturists, and shaping DAO’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
Responsibilities
Capture short-form video (Reels/TikToks) of drinks being made, customer reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Edit clips into engaging content using CapCut, InShot, or your preferred mobile editing tools.
Collaborate on campaign ideas (e.g., “Herb of the Week,” “What’s In Your Tonic?”).
Interview customers, team members, and practitioners for micro-stories and testimonials.
Post directly to our social platforms or work with our internal team to schedule content.
What We're Looking For
You’re the go-to “phone videographer” in your friend group.
You can tell a story in 7 seconds—with a clip and a caption.
You’re reliable, self-directed, and thrive in creative environments.
You’re curious or passionate about wellness, herbalism, or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You love documenting people, beautiful drinks, and street-side rituals.
Bonus Points
Experience with brand storytelling, customer interviews, or mini-docs.
Background in creative programs, acupuncture/wellness schools, or digital media.
Comfortable filming in both vertical and horizontal formats.
Compensation
This is a paid, part-time role. Rate commensurate with experience. Includes free herbal tonics and DAO perks.
