The Service Manager will join a growing service department. The person will lead a team of 20-25 workers and contractors to coordinate the completion of projects on time and within budget including tracking all inspection and financial issues relating to these projects.
Key Requirements:
10 years minimum experience in the Commercial Roofing Industry including experience with flat and slope roofs
3 year minimum experience leading a team as a Service Manager
Valid drivers license, clean record last 5 years
If needed, able to lift up to 60lbs, climb ladders, stand most of day
Carpentry skills helpful, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Good computer skills, experience with FCS software a plus
Work 9 hour days/weekends if needed; Willingness to take some calls after hours
