Job Description
>Swiss machinist job duties will include operating, basic setup changes, minor offset adjustments and inspection of parts. This position runs new and repeat jobs, keeps records, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, maintains quality and safety standards. Work as a team and not left in the corner running parts. Will train and develop your Swiss machining skills, room for advancement. Learn manufacturing processes of a modern ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

Work Schedule
>1st shift 6-4 pm
>4-Day work week Mon-Thurs/Tues-Fri, every other weekend a 4-day weekend
>OT Available
Knowledge and Skill Qualifications
>Technical College, Machining or Lathe work experience a MUST
>Positive Attitude
>Citizen Cincom control experience a plus but not mandatory
>Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities
>Assure quality by inspecting finished parts, report irregularities or tolerance deviations to quality control personnel.
>Perform tool wear offsets or change inserts to meet tolerance requirements.
>Help maintain work instructions, complete required daily paperwork.
>Perform in-process inspection of own work while running machine.
>Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
>Works safely and complies with all established safety rules and work practices.
>Conform to the company quality system as documented.
