Good day. We are a small construction company looking for some office and admin help. This can be a hybrid position with some onsite training to start, 2-3 days a week in office.
Duties would include:
field phone calls from clients in regards to new and scheduled work orders.
Schedule our in house technicians to assigned work orders via app and outlook.
Talk to on site managers and residents about our arrival time
Close out calls with small surveys of satisfaction of work.
Invoice for completed jobs,
Possible estimating and project managing for right applicant.
