We are seeking an office assistant in St. Louis Park with good social distance practices to assist with property management, office duties, and minor data entry. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a credit and background check.
Property management experience preferred but not necessary if you are proficient and comfortable with technology. Must also demonstrate willingness and ability to learn quickly. Must have pleasant disposition in dealing with public, much of it over the phone. Strong organizational ability and comfort with technology such as using a smart phone, square reader, making virtual video tours with phone and uploading them to social media, entering deposits and using system software to post rents, send out notices, communicate with residents and enter work orders.
