We are a busy, well-established tax and accounting office in Ramsey, MN looking for a Seasonal Receptionist to join our team during tax season.
Season: Mid-January through April 15
Schedule: Weekdays (hours may increase during peak season)
This is a fast-paced role in a super fun, supportive office, but it does get very busy—so we’re looking for someone who can stay organized, friendly, and efficient under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Call clients when tax returns are completed
Email completed tax returns to clients
Mail tax returns
Greet clients and assist with tax return drop-offs and pickups
General front-office support as needed

Able to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Prior office or customer service experience a plus (but not required)
