Ledgent Technology is searching for Two (2) Oracle Fusion Analyst to join our customer in the Twin Cities area. These will be direct hire positions that will pay up to $160,000 annually and will be remote. This position will require monthly travel for a week at a time to Minneapolis, MN. It will also require that the first 3 weeks of the engagment be onsite. Our customer will cover travel and expenses. Candidates must also be elgible to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future. Role Overview: This position focuses on ERP and SCM modules as part of a strategic project team. The role involves collaborating closely with experts, stakeholders, and IT to implement and maintain Oracle ERP and SCM modules. Responsibilities include evaluating, documenting, and communicating Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM requirements.Key Responsibilities:Deep understanding of ERP applications such as Financial Management, Procurement, Project Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and Enterprise Performance Management.Proficient with Oracle ERP Modules including Business Intelligence, AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation, and Project Accounting.In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM applications like Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Product Lifecycle Management.Assess the efficiency of current business processes, systems, and technologies.Skilled in process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering, and analysis.Collaborate with the project team during system implementation and upgrades.Define functional and system requirements.Configure and customize Oracle ERP applications to meet business needs.Ensure the chart of accounts is current according to company guidelines.Develop materials such as presentations, meeting materials, and best practice documents.Familiar with software development and support methodologies.Assist in the architecture, training, and implementation of system integrations.Advanced SQL development skills, including report requirements gathering, SQL report building, and data validation.Knowledgeable in ETL processes for data conversions.Drive progress in large implementation projects from Finance to Supply Chain Management.Preferred experience in architecting solutions and problem-solving within Salesforce.Expertise in supply chain and inventory best practices.Configure and support solutions for the supply chain department.Perform other assigned duties.Qualifications:Education, Training, Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:5-10 years of experience as an Analyst is strongly preferred.Prior experience with Oracle ERP required; experience with SCM preferred.Strong project management and prioritization skills are highly preferred.Communication Skills:Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English with employees and customers.Systems and Software Skills:Strong proficiency in using Oracle products as an Analyst.Experience with system integrations is highly preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
