Requirements

Due to the nature of our business, a valid Class D driver’s license is required for all positions

Attention to detail and the desire to consistently produce quality work is a must

Automotive Body Repair Technician

1 of 4 full-time positions open – would consider part time positions

Are you meticulous and calculated? Do you enjoy seeing the finished product after repairing a damaged vehicle. We are looking for you! Daily tasks and responsibilities include documenting and performing repairs to vehicles as required to transform vehicle back to pre-accident condition via inspection, disassembly, prep, taping, sanding, buffing, painting, re-assembly, blending, installation of parts per work order. Occasionally, speaking with customers, parts ordering / returns, mechanical repairs, detailing, and road tests are required as well.

Automotive Maintenance Technician

1 of 3 full-time positions available – would consider part time positions

A vehicle maintenance technician is primarily responsible for the everyday maintenance of customers vehicles. Most jobs require minimal tools and can be done in an hour or less, sometimes in as little as fifteen minutes. Oil changes, tires, charging system (battery, alternator, starter), brakes, attached parts (wipers), and other miscellaneous maintenance components (belts, hoses, filters, fluids) that make a vehicle reliable are common jobs. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. This position is ideal for an individual that is looking to start their career in our ever-changing industry. Whether you are just finishing high school and about to start college, just acquired your college degree and not sure where to go, starting out on your own and looking for your first real job, or an apprentice looking to start a new career, we have the customer base, job-demand, and training opportunities to jump-start your career in our fast-paced industry.

Dedicated Automotive Mechanic

1 of 2 full-time positions available – would consider part-time position

This position is best suited for an all-around mechanic that is well-rounded with skills and knowledge. Most jobs require a variety of specialized tools and take a couple of hours to complete. Daily tasks vary from exhaust to brake system, heating and A/C to engine performance and tune-ups, fuel and ignition systems, power steering to suspension, alignments, and other mechanical repairs that make a vehicle dependable. This position is ideal for an individual that has had some experience in the automotive industry. A college degree or certificate or industry training or certification is preferred, but not required. If you are looking to get back into the automotive industry, seeking an employment change or change of pace, or somebody that is new to the area, we can provide you with a vast customer base, high vehicle count, job variety, and industry-recognized training opportunities to continuously advance your career in our ever-changing industry.

Front Office Secretary

1 of 3 full time positions available – would consider part time

With so many different departments, employees, customers, and vendors, we are in high demand for a confident individual to interact directly with our customers. The right individual for this position will be able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, text, and in person. Basic knowledge and understanding of our industry are necessary, and the ability to effectively communicate diagnosis, estimates, invoices, and repairs performed with the customer is imperative. Other tasks and responsibilities include promptly invoicing for services rendered, collecting and recording payments, technicians schedules, dispatching and routing drivers, local errands, parts ordering (via phone, fax, email, and online) per mechanical and body work estimates, filing of paperwork, accounts receivables, returns, inventory and stock, operating online systems and email, sorting mail, social media updates, performing estimate and documenting customer / insurance approval, and effectively communicating messages to appropriate party.

Heavy Duty Fleet Technician

1 of 1 full-time position open – would consider part time positions

We are a full-service automotive shop, and with that we also provide fleet maintenance. The heavy-duty fleet technician specializes in fleet maintenance: oil changes; DOT inspections; brakes; tires, charging system (battery, alternator, starter), attached parts; suspension; exhaust; and other miscellaneous maintenance components (belts, hoses, filters, fluids) as required to provide exceptional service to our elite professionals. Fleet equipment worked on varies from trucks and farm equipment, from box trucks to tow trucks, motorhomes and school buses, and everything in between. This position requires a wide range of specialty tools and a vast understanding of the safety and mechanical components that comprise fleet vehicles. This position is ideal for an individual who has worked in a similar atmosphere and is knowledgeable on vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a class B drivers license but we would consider a class D license for the right individual. If working on large vehicles is your ambition in life, we will provide you with a large work area, training and certification to continuously evolve, and a solid customer base to establish your goals upon.

Rhino Lining Installation Tech

1 of 1 part-time position available

Install rhino lining bed liner per manufacturer specifications. Hours can be during or after regular business.

School Bus Driver

2 of 8 positions available – AM, PM, AM & PM, extra-curricular driver, sports driver, on-call

Do you like driving? Do you enjoy enriching the lives of children? Are you looking for part-time work? Do you need extra-income source but don’t want to commit to an 8-hour work day? Are you retired and looking for an important and meaningful way to spend your free time? Have you ever thought about being a school bus driver…!?! We are seeking to add a bus driver to our team. This is a flexible position that can be AM, PM, AM and PM, emergency, and / or extra-curricular / sports trips. Morning route is approximately 6:45 AM – 8:15 AM and afternoon route is approximately 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Extra-curricular trips vary from local to interstate, a few hours to a full day, early morning to late evening, and can be for field trips or sports. The school year runs from late August / early September through late May / early June and summer school runs for four weeks shortly thereafter. This is a perfect career for a part-time homemaker, as a supplement to current income, or as a transition into retirement.

Shop Service Writer

Have you “turned a wrench” for many, many years and now you are seeking to take a position that still utilizes all of your knowledge but that is less physically demanding? We have a prime opportunity for you! We are seeking to add a full-time service writer to our primary location. Daily tasks and responsibilities would include parts ordering, mechanical estimates and invoicing, returns / inventory, and other tasks as required. An important part of this role is customer service, including speaking professionally with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email. Likewise, professional interaction with co-workers, vendors, and delivery drivers is vital. Other tasks could include body work estimating and invoicing, accounts receivables, supplements, warranty processing, and local errands.

Specialized Automotive Mechanic

Our solid customer base and steady vehicle count will keep your workweek filled with a variety of complex jobs that only you are skilled in completing. Typical jobs include engine and transmission work, involved diagnostics, electrical issues, and other in-depth diagnostics and repairs on foreign and domestics vehicles. Most jobs require intricate knowledge of vehicles, specialized tools, and take the better part of the day, while some demand a several-day commitment. If you are a veteran in the automotive field and are seeking a career change or a career closer to home, our high-demand customer base will be sure to keep you steadily busy and continuously learning in our high-demand industry.

Tire Shop Manager

We purchased a second location in 2022 and are actively seeking to add a front office shop manager to the team. Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: open and close shop daily; vehicle check-ins; manage technicians schedule; schedule jobs as requests come in; produce daily work orders; order parts; provide customer with quotes; promptly invoicing for services rendered; answering multi-line phone system; managing and applying payments; maintain work facilities; provide administrative assistance to team; sort mail; accurately process accounts payable; stock and inventory; returns; run payroll (bi-weekly); custodial duties; local errands; and other duties as required to efficiently and effectively perform day to day operations.

Tow Truck Operator

Although we are a small town, there is nothing small about our fleet. We have four flatbeds, two recovery trucks, a 30-ton tow truck, a Rotator, a service unit, two service trucks, three trailers, skid steer, and four unique / custom made recovery units. With this fleet and our amazing crew, we are able to offer every towing and roadside service for all commuting motorists. Our customer base is comprised of local customers, pass-through travelers, motor clubs, insurance companies, salvage yards, local companies and businesses, police departments (town, county, and state), and government agencies. We take pride in our equipment and support our drivers. Aside from all there is to learn day to day in our ever-changing career, we encourage certified training through industry-recognized programs like WreckMaster and TIMe. We offer all services: local and long-distance towing, on and off-road recoveries, service calls (lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, jump starts), equipment hauling, ice and open water recoveries, and so much more.
