Facilities Technician preferred qualifications:
2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred
Must have an acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check
Must be able to take direction and work independently
Must be willing to be on-call during occasional evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass an organizational background study
Facilities Manager preferred qualifications:
7+ years general maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and business systems
3+ years supervisory experience
Functional computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Post-secondary education with boiler license preferred
Acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check
5+ years’ experience managing large budgets
Able to pass an organizational background study
