We are seeking a skilled Framing Foreman to join our team and make the transition to Project Manager. This candidate will be responsible for managing crews building/framing a majority of residential new and remodeling projects, with some wood framed multi-family and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience either working as a foreman now or running his own remodeling construction company or LLC that wants the security of working in a PM role for a stable firm. We need a person who has the experience and knowledge of tearing into a structure and not being surprised by finding something unexpected and having the skill and foresight to know what may have to be changed and the ability to adapt to these changes without losing time and going over budget.
This role requires a strong understanding of the framing construction practices and the ability to read blueprints and plans. This Foreman/Carpenter will run multiple crews on various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
We are a well established and highly regarded carpentry subcontractor who has been servicing builders and remodeling contractors across the Metro for over 50 years.
Framing and finishing new construction is 20% of our business. The rest is high-end remodeling. We do between 600-650 remodel jobs a year and employ 50-60 carpenters.

We usually work four ten-hour days to get three-day weekends. However, during the winter months we go back to five, eight-hour days due to lack of sunlight.
