Cedars of Edina is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our full-time maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community. If you take pride in your work, have a steady hand, and enjoy transforming spaces with fresh coats and clean finishes, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Prep, paint, and finish interior apartment units, common areas, and occasional exterior surfaces
Perform drywall patching, sanding, and minor surface repairs
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
Ensure high-quality results that meet company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous painting experience in residential or multi-family housing preferred
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and surface prep
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders safely
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
