We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee a variety of residential and light commercial projects. You'll need to be a strong communicator with great organizational skills and experience in residential new construction.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely project progress.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays to keep the project on track.
Coordinate preconstruction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
Track project progress, milestones, and budget, identifying and addressing risks and issues as they arise.
Manage project schedules, scope of work and inspections required by governing agencies.
Use project management software to maintain task lists, update project status, and generate progress reports.
Required Skills & Experience
4 to 6 years of construction experience or equivalent education.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and civil plans and understand building materials and methods.
Proficiency in project management software/systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment in a growing small business.
Must be based in the Twin Cities and able to travel to job sites.
Compensation & Schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience with bonus option
Benefits: Paid holidays
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday
