OUR SERVICES:
We offer complete Grounds Care for both summer and winter seasons for HOA's/Apartments/Commercial Properties, along with Landscaping, Irrigation, and Lawn Applications as well as windows, siding, and roofing.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for the overall direction of project/job-site working with and reporting to the Landscape Supervisor. Duties include staging materials, planting, hardscapes, irrigation, flowers, mulch, rock, sod, seed, etc. Attention to detail and multitasking is a quality that is needed for this position. The Landscape Crew Leader is a key component of our ability to sell and install additional landscaping within our portfolio of work. Valid Driver’s License and Truck/Trailer experience required.
Salary position is available for the right candidate.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Valid driver's license
-Possess or ability to obtain Department of Transportation health card
-Organized and detailed to complete services in professional manner
-Ability to lift 75 lbs. and operate equipment in sitting position for up to 8 hrs./time
-Ability to safely operate truck and landscape trailer
-Positive attitude, hard working and organized individual to work safely in a team environment
-Ability to lead a crew of two to five people
-Ability to work with all levels of employees
-3 years landscape experience in a Crew Leader setting including all aspects of hardscapes, boulders, water features, plant knowledge, bed prep, sod, seed.
-Snow removal experience
COMPENSATION:
This position is full-time, year round.
Hourly dependent upon qualifications and experience. Up to $38/hr.
