Looking for experienced framers to join my crew. Small company, 7:30-3:30 work day, 6 paid holidays, W-2 pay.
Ideal candidate:
- Shows up on time Mon-fri
- Can lay out wall plates
- Can sheet a full roof in a timely manor with a cut guy
- Can take command of the wall building process and push guys to stay on task
I am looking for a highly self motivated person to possibly run a second crew. I have work lined up well into the winter with my main builder, and tons of opportunities to take on other builders if things work out.
Pay is depending on experience, I’ve been burned too many times with guys lying, I’m not afraid to pay over 40$/hr for the right person but you will need to prove it.
