We own and operate buildings and are looking for someone who can drive, possibly has a truck, van, work vehicle and also their own tools. The job description varies to light electrical, plumbing, building walls with metal studs, sheet-rocking, tapping, mudding, steam cleaning, fixing toilets, fixing doors and various other tasks that are involved with commercial property management. There is room for advancement and possible work vehicle within time and gas allowance or gas card. The pay is between $25-$40 per hour depending on experience
