As a full-time W-2 employee, you will be responsible for overseeing job sites and ensuring that subcontractors' work meets quality standards. You'll ensure compliance with all city codes and maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and field crews throughout the project. Additionally, you'll address any necessary adjustments by working on the punch list during the project.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency with iPhone and iPad
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the US
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual with Spanish as second language a plus
