Description We are searching for a meticulous and diligent Accountant - Entry Level to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with handling accounts payable and receivable, executing journal entries, and managing customer accounts. This position, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications. Keeping precise records for customer credit. Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required. Handling Accounts Receivable tasks such as applying payments and sending statements to customers. Conducting Accounts Payable duties like reviewing and entering expense reports, and running checks. Managing email inbox and responding to relevant communication. Inputting prepared journal entries. Utilizing accounting software systems effectively. Performing account coding and account reconciliation tasks. Managing general ledger and utilizing SAP for various accounting functions.
