Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will be focusing on the technical and functional aspects of Acumatica ERP, specifically Field Service, Project Accounting, and CRM modules. You will be working closely with internal teams and various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and configuration of the Acumatica platform.Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of Acumatica ERP, emphasizing Field Service, Project Accounting, and CRM modules. Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging your Acumatica expertise. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and configuration of the Acumatica platform. Keep up-to-date with Acumatica updates and enhancements to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential. Resolve system issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper system usage and data entry. Continually assess system performance and suggest improvements as necessary. Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, addressing any system queries or issues. Ensure all customer data and records within the Acumatica platform are accurately maintained.Requirements Proven experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant or similar role in a business setting. Exceptional knowledge of Acumatica ERP/CRM software is required. Technical understanding of C#/.Net is required. Strong understanding of business and accounting principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. Must have a strong ethical framework and respect confidentiality requirements.
