Growing together.The Member Marketing Manager, Community and State, will be the responsible for creating and delivering member-facing marketing strategies to our Medicaid population. The Member Marketing Manager is part of a team that delivers all member-facing marketing initiatives including Quality, Clinical, Retention outreach to our members. This role will partner with several C&S teams as well as additional cross-functional member teams throughout UnitedHealth Group to deliver relevant, high-value and data-driven touchpoints that drive positive behaviors and contribute to member experience and healthy outcomes.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Create and manage the C&S member marketing strategies as assigned – including initiatives centered specifically around clinical/quality gaps in care

Build omni-channel marketing communication plans that adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and ensure the voice of the member is reflected in the work.

Ensure utilization of marketing best practices across the team including a digital-first approach, development of KPI’s and reporting of results to stakeholders

Ensure that contractual or regulatory requirements are addressed in marketing initiatives/campaigns

Update/version creative materials as needed in partnership with creative services team

Analyze current measures to prioritize initiatives and determine ROI opportunities

Establish relationships with Clinical, Quality and Health Plan partners to discuss strategy, content planning and prioritization

Work with matrix partners in analytics, digital, and creative to develop, execute and measure campaigns

5+ years of marketing experience working in a complex matrixed environment

Account management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints

Proven success in the development of strategic marketing plans tied to business goals and execution of innovative integrated marketing campaigns

Prior experience marketing to members or consumers via multiple channels

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships cross-functionally while presenting to senior leadership stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Workfront or similar project management tool

Adobe suite (Analytics, Journey Optimizer) experience
