Description A leading player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal/Title Clerk to join their team. The company specializes in developing and managing renewable energy projects that contribute to a sustainable and eco-friendly future & this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization committed to making a positive impact.Title Research and Due Diligence:
Conduct thorough title searches and retrieve essential documents.
Assist in analyzing title search results and identifying issues.
Document Preparation:
Draft real estate transactional documents.
Prepare title commitment reports, opinions, affidavits, and other necessary documents.
Recordkeeping:
Coordinate with title insurance companies for policies.
Maintain organized records of all title-related documents.
Post-Closing Activities:
Assist in post-closing tasks, including recording deeds and mortgages.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Paralegal cert or bachelor's degree in related field.
Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or Title Clerk, preferably (or a huge plus) if in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and transactional processes.
Proficiency in/familiar with title software and real estate databases.
Microsoft & Adobe proficient.
