Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Survey Service Leader to join our team. The primary responsibilities for the Regional Survey Service Leader includes; working with Division Survey Service Leader, Regional Leader and local service leaders to implement the land division strategic plan, business development, and operations for the Survey Service across the region. This role is also responsible for the mentoring and development of the local Survey Service Leaders in the region. The Regional Survey Service Leader will work with the Division Service Leader and Regional Leader to develop annual business plans and a strategy and vision for maximizing Westwood's share of theSurvey Service in the region. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and coordinate service-specific education and staff development in the region. Works with Division Survey Service Leader, Regional Leader, and local service leaders to develop and implement a strategic plan to advance service initiatives that supports the goals of the division. Provides leadership, mentoring and empowerment to local service leaders in each office. Works with Division Survey Service Leader, Regional Leader, and local service leaders to develop short- and long-term growth plans for the survey service. Ensures company culture, policies and procedures are consistently implemented within the service team. Stay current on service-specific trends, technology, software, hardware and equipment. Drive value based on innovation. Work with Division Service Leader and local service leaders to develop and implement standards for work products specific to the service such as design standards, reports, specifications, data files, etc. Responsible for service-based workload coordination across the region. Advise Division Service Leader and Regional Leader in hiring decisions and identify technical resource needs as it relates to the service group in the region. Work with the Division Service Leader and Regional Leader to review compensation for consistency across the service team in the region. Support market-based and/or service-based business development in each land office in the region by providing technical expertise and survey revenue generation. Participate in Westwood's wellness and safety program and ensure the practices are being implemented within the service group across the region. Ensures division, regional, and company policies and practices are consistently followed within the survey service. Lead by example - display solid judgment, good values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism. Required Experience Knowledge of the survey service consulting business Licensed Professional Surveyor Four-year Survey degree, or similar, required 8+years of experience in the land surveying industry Excellent technical and project management skills Compensation Range Minimum USD $120,000.00/Yr.
