OverviewEbenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.Orchards of Minnentonka Senior Living is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being. Will also get trained to pass medications. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Located in Minnetonka MN (near St Louis Park, Wayzata, Plymouth, Golden Valley)This caregiver position includes;
72 hours per two weeks
Evening Shift
Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse provides tasks such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
Performs specified home services such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
Assists with onboarding of new staff
QualificationsRequired Skills:
If under 18, must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
Ability to communicate optimally, with emotional intelligence and patience for residents and coworkers
Able to work in a team setting and support others
Work with a diverse and older population
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Previous work experience or formal training/education as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA or similar; preferred
Work experience in a customer service setting; preferred
