Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts to guide business planning
Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and support investment decisions
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and implement best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
6+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
Preferred Qualification:
MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA)
Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus
Experience with PeopleSoft and Subledger systems is a plus
