The ideal store manager is a leader who focuses on boosting store and team sales because they have surpassed their own. The manager not only gets to meet with brides to help them find the perfect dress & accessories for their special day but also inspires, motivates, & empowers the sales team to do the same.
Meet & exceed all sales goals both individual & team
Oversee the overall guest experience
Hire/train/develop team
Inspire, motivate, & empower sales team
30-40 hours/week with select benefits and paid time off
Tuesdays- Saturday Saturday mandatory (Occasional Sunday's)
Sales & retail management experience required
Must be results driven, detail oriented, & a proven leader
