Description We are seeking a diligent Bookkeeper for our Professional Services team based in St.Cloud, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with managing our company's financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and purchases. This role calls for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy Maintain financial documentation in an organized and timely manner Handle account payables and receivables efficiently Support with collection functions as needed Prepare and submit sales and use tax returns Provide assistance in the monthly billing process across various departments Assist the accounting administrator with business-related accounting tasks Deliver professional customer service to both internal and external clients Perform other administrative duties as assigned Manage the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts, ensuring accuracy Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and management. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP), handling invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communication. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) management, involving invoice generation, payment collection, and aging report analysis. Expertise in conducting Bank Reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment with bank records. Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles, maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports. Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of financial information into the system. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, report generation, and data management. Experience in Month End Close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Knowledge in Payroll processing, handling wage computation, benefit allocation, and tax deduction. Proficiency in using QuickBooks for various accounting activities such as invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
