Acara has partnered with our client to find a skilled Cleanroom Assembler in Sauk Rapids, MN.
You will be assembling, testing, and performing quality with a leader in the Semiconductor industry
Assembler/Cleanroom (Post-Machining Production Worker) Responsibilities:
Perform entry-level assembly, assembly testing, quality checks, and cleanroom functions
Miscellaneous assembly
Review production data
Ensuring and verifying material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
Loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment
Inspecting
Alcohol wiping and swabbing
Carrying plates, bagging, and packaging
Nitrogen dry parts, leak, function, and flow testing
Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks
Operating ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations
Operating microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers,
Operating impulse wire bag sealers, leak, flow, and function testing equipment
Operating ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations
Auditing all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
Must be able to cross-train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule.
Work independently with moderate supervision
Here's what you'll get:
Pay Rate: $16.73-$22.60 p/hr. Depending on Experience
Duration: Contract
Shift Options:
1st (M-F) 7:00 am-3:00 pm
3rd (Sun-Fri) 11:00 pm-7:00 am + 10 % differential
4th (Fri-Sun) 7:00 am -7:00 pm + 15% differential
Location: Sauk, MN
Qualifications:
2+ years of Assembly or Cleanroom inspection experience
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational-Technical training
Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
High level of production skills
Visual acuity and manual dexterity
Basic math skills
Understanding of controlled process regulations and demonstrating safety awareness
Good work ethic, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good MS Word, Excel, and MRP skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and leak, flow, and function testing equipment
Ability to operate ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations
