Acara has partnered with our client to find skilled Assemblers and Warehouse Associates in Sauk Rapids, MN.
As an Assembler:
You will assemble, test, and perform quality with a Semiconductor industry leader.
Assembler/Cleanroom Responsibilities:
Perform entry-level assembly, assembly testing, quality checks, and cleanroom functions
Miscellaneous assembly, reviewing production data, verifying material is handled and loaded properly
Loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment
Inspecting assembled items, Alcohol wiping and swabbing
Operating ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations, microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, leak, flow, and function testing equipment, ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations
Auditing all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
Must be able to cross-train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Assembly or Cleanroom inspection experience
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational-Technical training
Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
Good MS Word, Excel, and MRP skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay Rate: $16.73-$22.60 p/hr. Depending on Experience
Duration: Contract
There are Three Shift Options:
1st (M-F) 7:00 am-3:00 pm
3rd (Sun-Fri) 11:00 pm-7:00 am + 10 % differential
4th (Fri-Sun) 7:00 am -7:00 pm + 15% differential
Location: Sauk, MN

Traffic Logistic Coordinator (Warehouse Associate-Shipping & Receiving) Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify packages, parts, and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and accuracy
Complete inspection records and inventory transactional paperwork as needed
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality requirements
Work as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goals
Pack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips, and any required documentation
Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping location
Contact shipping/freight companies for pick-ups as required
Use a forklift to move materials as necessary
Monitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering system
Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational-Technical training
Previous shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with forklift
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
Experience with computer systems, attention to detail, and good work ethic
Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player
Here's what you'll get:
Pay Rate: $18.89 - $25.48 p/hr. depending on experience
Duration: Contract
Shift Options:
2nd (M-F) 12:00 pm-8:00 pm + 10 % differential
