Description We are in search of a Receptionist to become part of a team in the Education industry, situated in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves front desk operations at a dental clinic, handling incoming calls, and assisting with patient needs. The hours for this role include working until 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays - please see full schedule below. Mondays: 12:30pm-9pmTuesdays: 12:30pm-9pmWednesdays: 7:30am-4pmThursdays: 7:30am-4pmFridays: 7:30am-4pmResponsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for the dental clinic, managing the front desk operations effectively. Take charge of incoming calls, ensuring queries are addressed or redirected appropriately. Handle patient check-ins, coordinating with students to cater to their patient needs. Manage scheduling and documentation within the clinic's system. Provide support to the dental team, including tasks such as documenting student immunizations. Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, reporting any necessary maintenance. Utilize the clinic's software, 'eagle soft', for various operational tasks. Ensure an exceptional customer service experience, akin to the "Apple store" experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Exhibit proficiency in using Microsoft Word and other computer skills.Requirements Applicant must have previous experience in receptionist duties or similar roles Strong customer service skills are essential Experience in concierge services is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced university environment Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Professional attitude and appearance at all times Ability to work independently and with a team Must be organized and pay attention to detail Knowledge of university systems and procedures would be advantageous Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Excellent problem-solving abilities Possess a positive and friendly attitude Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.If you are interested in this role please double check the hours work for you, apply, then give us a call: 952-473-0442.
