Description We are offering a Contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. This role is integral to our team, with a focus on maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. The successful applicant will be adept at using Excel and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with initial on-site training followed by flexible work arrangements.Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating financial records and reports Processing accounts payable and receivable Conducting regular bank reconciliations Performing month-end closing procedures and journal entries Assisting with billing and collections, as necessary Utilizing Excel for complex financial tasks and analysis Maintaining accurate customer credit records Developing and creating billing files Assisting with integration processes as the company undergoes changes Collaborating with HR and providing accounting assistance when necessaryRequirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Strong capability in performing Bank Reconciliations Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries Experience with Month End Close procedures Proficiency in using NetSuite software for accounting tasks Knowledge and experience in using Oracle for financial management Familiarity with QuickBooks software for accounting Experience with SAP for financial accounting and reporting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
