Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. As a Bookkeeper, your main role will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records by managing and processing transactions, balancing ledgers, producing invoices, and providing administrative support as needed.Responsibilities: Accurately record all business-related financial transactions Balance ledgers and reconcile any discrepancies that may arise Produce and manage invoices for various business transactions Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports to provide insight into the company's financial status Manage payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees Keep company finances up-to-date and prepared for audits Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage expense activities Provide administrative support as needed to maintain efficient workflow Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, and QuickBooks Help the company understand the financial impact of its decisions by providing relevant insights and reports.
