You’ll use your technical and interpersonal skills, along with a range of computer programs and tools to help resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. You’ll be at the hub of our dynamic workload management infrastructure acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
