Join us and help change the way people think about technology.About the RoleAs the Outbound Business Development Director at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our outbound sales effort. You will lead a team of outbound BDRs, setting strategic direction, implementing best practices, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving revenue growth.Your Day to DayAs a Director Business Development, you would be working on:

Utilizing the ABX Strategy - develop and implement strategic outbound sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand our client base and generate incremental revenue.

Continuously optimize outbound sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop outbound sales strategies driving sustainable and profitable growth.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to the outbound BDR team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Set clear performance targets and metrics for the outbound BDR team and monitor performance against these targets.

Generate regular reports on outbound sales performance, trends, and insights for senior management.

What We’re Looking ForAs a Director, Business Development, your background will look like

2 + years in Sales Management (preferably with experience in Business Devlopment) with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales goals in similar SaaS companies.

Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and strategies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

Strong business acumen, understand of the full sales and customer buying cycle.

Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Salesforce CRM. Familiarity with ai tools, Zoom Info, and Outreach.

Position Summary: The Director of Programs is responsible for setting program direction within the Agency?s service area in accordance with the Agency?s mission and best-practice standards. The Director will ensure that services follow the Agency?s Program Manual and oversee the implementation of new services and policies as approved by the Board of Directors (Board). The Director will develop, expand, and manage professional, high quality mentoring programs that include local mentoring partnerships, volunteers, and a well-trained, professional program staff, who provide high quality service to all stakeholders, including clients, volunteers, schools, and the community. Requirements, Experience, Skills: ? Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, health services or related field; ? 3-5 years of experience in agency administration and management within social services organizations; ? Ability to work collaboratively with BBBS staff, volunteers, families served, other agencies, boards, business leaders, schools, committees and community groups; ? Familiarity in navigating various computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365; ? Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and organizational skills; ? Willing and able to work irregular hours and have a flexible work schedule; ? Willing and able to use personal vehicle for local travel on Agency business; and ? Must hold a valid driver?s license and proof of vehicle insurance. ? Alternate combinations of education and experience may be considered, but a bachelor?s degree is required. Areas of Responsibility: Service Delivery ? Ensure the Agency adheres to the Agency?s Program Manual and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America?s standards; ? Review (and revise as needed) the Program Manual annually as part of the Agency self-evaluation; ? Assist the Executive Director with hiring of program staff and coordinate their orientation, training, and ongoing evaluation reports; ? Ensure program staff complete all appropriate documentation and maintain program files; ? Audit program files to assure high level of compliance with Agency standards; ? Review all documented intakes, proposed matches, and closures, and give direction and support where needed; ? Maintain caseload equity; ? Provide regularly scheduled individual and team support, training, development and feedback; ? Oversee development of match activities and family/volunteer trainings; ? Maintain current forms, and revise as needed; ? Meet regularly with the Executive Director to share information on direct service delivery; and ? Assist as needed with enrollment and match support functions. Program Growth ? Coordinate with Agency staff and others to identify target populations and develop effective recruitment strategies, including goals, objectives, timelines, and outcomes to increase the number of matches; ? Research methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ensure program growth and to address child and volunteer needs; ? Assist in the development of all recruitment plans and materials; and ? Coordinate with Agency staff the preparation and delivery of media presentations, materials, and/or interviews for all media markets. Community Partnerships ? Serve as liaison with mentoring partners including businesses, schools, and agencies, and develop new mentoring partnerships; ? Identify and meet with potential partner representatives including local businesses, social ser ice groups, schools, youth serving agencies, etc. to establish new mentoring partners; and ? Represent the Agency and attend appropriate meetings with community groups, foundations, partners and other constituents as needed. Communication ? Attend Board and council meetings as requested; ? Provide program statistics and narratives on a regular basis to track growth and quality of matches for presentation at Board/council meetings and to support grant writing efforts; ? Assist with budget and strategic planning; ? Assist with fundraising as needed; ? Assist with grant proposals, reports and stewardship as needed; and ? Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
