Admin Assistant
E3 XPS is a national leader in the world of face-to-face marketing. As a leader in the trade show industry, we offer clients a comprehensive package of solutions and services to amplify their customer engagement. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to perform multiple administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be very organized and pay strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Front desk/reception, answering phones and greeting guests
New hire onboarding
Maintain front lobby, showroom, break room, conference rooms
Maintain supply closet, patio, seminar room
Manage and order supplies as needed
Credit card processing
CC statement reconciliation
Other administrative duties as requested
Job Requirements:
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
Outstanding problem-solving skills
