JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for someone organized who enjoys working with people and helping prospects to find their perfect home. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help keep our office running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that the office hours are covered for up to 25 hours per week - Monday through Friday
Assisting with customer support activities, such as answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns, such as writing work orders.
Performing various clerical duties, including filing documents, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Maintaining complete, organized and accurate records and files
Assisting in the process of a new member orientation/Move-In
Assisting with all mailings to the membership
Tracking and maintaining all pet records; Ensuring that all shot records, city licenses and photos of pets are current
Maintaining the wait list for potential buyers
Completing any other tasks as assigned by the manager and/or managing agent
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
