We are looking for an exceptional intern who can support marketing, operations, and program development.Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing and communications content to increase social media engagement

Monitor, research and analyze data to develop and improve dashboards for performance measurement and reporting capabilities

Gain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem through comprehensive research, actively seeking opportunities to enhance the Siemens startup program

Devise strategic implementation plans to increase program effectiveness

Promote cross-discipline collaboration

Organization Requirements:

Currently an undergraduate in Computer Science, Business, Communication, Engineering; experience or knowledge in Engineering or Manufacturing principles a plus

Passion for startup innovation

Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills, able to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations

Ability to analyze unstructured data, articulate opinions based on the data, and formulate a plan to address deficiencies

Technical proficiency in Microsoft required; familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools beneficial, able and willing to learn new productivity software skills

Flexible, adaptable, strategic and proactive

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
