Your role is crucial in supporting content creation efforts, including narrative and technical writing, talent acquisition and value proposition copywriting, and digital communication efforts. Reporting directly to the account’s Communication Manager, you will work closely with account leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to create collateral, campaigns, and programs that keep employees informed, engaged, and proud to be a part of CBRE, while showcasing the value we bring to the client.Your role requires a balance of organization and creativity. You are passionate about enhancing employee communication, engagement, and overall experience. Acting as a trusted advisor to internal partners, you ensure that messages reach the right audience, at the right time, through the right channels. You constantly seek innovative ways to engage employees, making complex topics simple, intuitive, and engaging.Key Responsibilities:

Aid in the development and execution of new communication strategies that support our goals and initiatives, and those of our client.

Contribute to employee storytelling program, collaborating with team members to identify compelling stories that showcase our account’s culture, values, and successes.

Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including narrative pieces, technical documents, and whitepapers.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including People Operations, Learning & Development, Safety, and Finance, to gather insights, align messaging, and facilitate communication efforts that drive engagement and alignment.

Utilize advanced writing skills to craft compelling internal communication materials (including newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, blogs, memos from leadership, and reports) that align to key messages and drive a culture of inclusion for all.

Support the creation and delivery of weekly business reviews to provide updates on key projects, achievements, and challenges pertinent to organization.

Make autonomous decisions and recommendations based on understanding of our company's communication objectives and best practices.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative communication approaches, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our communication strategies.

· Manage the account’s employee intranet site; develop a standard of work to ensure content is regularly updated.· Drives the development of analytics and reporting across internal content/engagement and comms.· Maintain and update communications distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of messages.· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.· Prepare reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field from a 4-year college or university.

A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in communications, with a proven track record of delivering successful communication strategies and campaigns.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Advanced writing, editing, and prooing skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.

Knowledge of communication best practices and trends, as well as an understanding of technology and digital tools that enhance communication effectiveness.

Demonstrated experience in program support and strategic communications, including experience with employee storytelling, safety, and DE&I communications.

Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.

Financial Knowledge:· Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Communications Analyst Specialist position is $60,000.00 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Communications Analyst Specialist position is $70,000.00 annually [or $33.65 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
