Description We are currently inviting applications for the role of a Help Desk Analyst I based in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role is part of our IT team and involves a variety of tasks related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment opportunity for those looking to expand their skills and experience in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting issues related to Android Development and Cisco Technologies. Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Citrix Technologies, ensuring optimum performance. Manage and monitor customer databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Support the implementation and deployment of EO/IR systems, coordinating with other IT team members as necessary. Utilize skills in Active Directory to manage user access and security permissions. Provide technical support for Apple Devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Participate in Configuration Management activities, ensuring systems are configured according to established standards. Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization, providing user training as necessary. Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects, lending expertise in areas like Computer Hardware and Android Development.Requirements Proficiency in Android Development is essential for the role Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required Understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) is crucial Experience with EO/IR systems will be considered as an advantage Proficiency in Active Directory is a must Familiarity with Apple Devices is beneficial Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware is required Experience with Configuration Management is mandatory Prior experience in Deployments is highly desirable.
