The role will create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that position EY as an AI leader, generate revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships. Work cross-functionally to align AI vision with market opportunities, deliver impactful launches, and maintain momentum through data-driven optimization and customer-centric approaches.Essential Functions of the Job:

Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to successfully launch AI products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Define and own KPIs and performance metrics, using insights to refine and optimize GTM strategies. Evaluate progress and results against success metrics. Evolve or re-engineer strategies, processes, and/or messaging to improve results

Partner with service lines and executive leadership to develop sales strategies, set goals, and optimize messaging to support revenue targets

Incorporate customer feedback, market trends, and market research into AI service GTM plans, ensuring market relevance and maintaining a competitive advantage

Develop and deliver training, resources, and support materials to equip service lines with the tools to articulate value propositions effectively and win opportunities

Direct the creation of impactful content such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and product demos to support market education and engagement

Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target customer segments and differentiates EY as an AI market leader

Leverage deep knowledge of AI technologies and industry trends to identify and advise on market opportunities

Champion the use of cutting-edge GTM strategies to expand opportunities and customer engagement

Manage the launch and GTM lifecycle of new AI services, ensuring successful marketing introduction and long-term adoption

Manage the AI pipeline, ensuring accuracy across service lines and maintaining executive level reporting

Collaborate with service lines to identify AI opportunities, and strategically align with AI product and service teams to pursue and win the business

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

Requires significant levels of independent judgment and discretion in identifying issues and analyzing risk

Responsibility for coordinating numerous process initiatives or managing processes

Makes recommendations based on firm guidance, professional standards and acquired experience. Requires the ability to reference existing policies to understand complex issues and, through consultation, propose process enhancements and solutions to obstacles

A high level of complex, conceptual problem-solving ability, a wide sphere of influence and a broad-based network are expected

The person is likely to be faced with problems and demanding deadlines routinely and needs to be able to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines through creative problem solving and operational dexterity

The individual should be able to Identify creative alternatives, digging into issues to surface core pain points, and being persistent is a core requirement for this role

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Expert level analytical skills as well as ability to liaise amongst multiple business units and stakeholders, priorities competing interests and enforce deadlines

Expert knowledge of MS Excel

History of leading successful go-to-market strategies that have significantly impacted businesses

Strong influencing skills are required to work with other functions or leaders

Strong presentation skills; Specifically with C-Suite and Sr. Leadership

Understanding of EY organization including the respective practices and functions

Supervision Responsibilities:

Takes responsibility for complex projects and works independently with periodic feedback

Provides data & benefits tracking and analytics direction and oversight to staff

Mentors and trains junior team members to familiarize the team with firm processes and policies and to enable these team members to handle more complex issues

Position requires the management of process team members or co-ordination of virtual teams engaged in completing process initiatives including assigning work and reviewing performance

Position drives process initiatives, supports subordinates and colleagues to meet their deadlines, encourages input from and learning between all team members

Other Requirements:

Travel may be required from time to time to complete assignments

Flexibility is needed in order to connect and work with others given that we are a distributed business and often work across time zones and across national borders and language lines

Job Requirements:Education:

BS/BA in Business or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred

Experience:

12 years of working experience in related field or equivalent experience

Prior experience managing people / teams that analyze data / metrics, conduct gap analyses, create process maps, develop action plans, and lead cross-functional efforts.

Prior experience completing valuation related activities to support the sale of a company

Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering high value projects

What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $134,200 to $258,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $161,000 to $293,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Responsibilities As a PROGRAM MANAGER (STRATEGIC PLANS AND POLICY OFFICER) (TITLE 32), GS-0340-12, you will serve as the Officer over Strategic Plans and Policy. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Serve as the primary advisor to the Adjutant General, and the Chief of the Joint Staff on matters of short, mid, and long-term programs. Serve as the senior strategic and long-range planner and consultant responsible for developing the Joint Force Headquarters-State view of the future and implementing detailed strategic policy, plans, initiatives, and concepts related to warfighting, theater security cooperation, international relations, federal and state homeland security, civil support missions, and selected other activities for the entire organizations based on broad guidance from higher headquarters and specific guidance from the Adjutant General and Chief of the Joint Staff.
