Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming bushes, and landscape cleanups according to company standards
Complete assigned jobs within budget hours according to quality standards.
Communicate with team lead about barriers to job or maintenance needs.
Work as part of a team, managing time and tasks efficiently while being adaptable to changing weather conditions and schedules.
Maintain a positive and constructive attitude, contributing to team efforts and client satisfaction.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and skill development with the potential to advance within the company or towards franchise ownership.
Qualifications:
Experience in driving a truck and trailer, and in performing basic lawn care and landscaping tasks is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and learn new skills in landscaping.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
8-10 hour shift
