Season: 4–6 months starting early November (strong chance to extend).
Who we are: Small fishing lodge + restaurant in Fort Smith. Off-season = remodels, upgrades, and maintenance.
Work You’ll Do:
35 hours per week.
Framing / repairs Drywall hang/finish Trim & finish carpentry
Flooring (LVP/laminate/tile) Interior/Exterior paint & prep
Light maintenance (doors, hardware, caulk, minor fixture swaps)
Occasional exterior tasks (siding patches, fascia/soffit touch-ups)
What We Provide
Free, private housing: Clean, fully furnished 2BR/1BA house in Fort Smith
Materials on site + ladders, saws, and common power tools (bring your core kit)
Reliable winter workload (single site, no bouncing between jobs)
Weekly pay — competitive, DOE (W-2 or 1099 possible)
