Lot Technician / Shop Helper – G & J Diesel (Billings)

Whether you’re retired, semi-retired, or just looking for straightforward hands-on work, this role lets you put your reliability and pride in a job well done to good use—no heavy wrench-turning or long-term training track required.
Duties Include:
Moving and parking trucks safely in the lot and shop bays
Sweeping, mopping, and keeping the shop clean and organized
Emptying trash, tidying hoses and cords, managing waste-oil areas
Restocking consumables and staging parts at workstations
Running local errands in a company vehicle
Helping out wherever an extra hand is needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable moving full-size pickups (manual transmission experience is a plus)
Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift
Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
Pay & Hours:
$16 – $18 per hour DOE (overtime paid after 40 hours)
Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Flexible start/end times or 3–4 day schedules available for the right person
