What You’ll Own
Full-scale diagnostics—electrical, drivability, emissions, CAN bus, after-treatment, ADAS calibration
Accurate repair plans: create complete parts lists, quote labor times, and flag related sell-through items
Leadership on the floor: guide two–three technicians and apprentices, set workflow priorities, and model best practices
Quality control: final-check repairs, verify root-cause fixes, and keep comebacks near zero
Continuous improvement: recommend tooling, software, and training that make the whole team sharper
The Skill Set We’re After
8+ years heavy/light-duty diesel or advanced automotive diagnostics
Proven electrical troubleshooting chops (wiring schematics, oscilloscopes, signal tracing)
Proficiency with factory scan suites (GDS2, IDS/FDRS, Chrysler wiTECH etc.)
ASE L1 or Diesel Master, OEM master, or equivalent real-world record of solving the “unsolvable”
Natural mentor who can explain complex faults in plain English and inspire others to hit the mark

Performance Bonus
Tiered biannual bonus for billed hours & diagnostic efficiency
Base Pay
$42 – $50 per hour DOE (top of market—>$80k–$100k+ yearly)

Schedule
