Hiring: Assistant Director & PreK-Kindergarten Montessori Classroom Teacher (Ennis, MT)

Compensation: Pay DOE (Dependent on Experience)

We are hiring for two positions at Madison Valley Adventure Academy (MVAA) and Wild Rose Family Center (WRFC), with the opportunity to combine roles for a full-time position:
1. Assistant Director (8-10 hours/week)
Oversee enrollment processes, billing, and scheduling for both MVAA and WRFC.
Support the director with administrative tasks and parent communication.
Help ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to licensing requirements.
2. PreK-Kindergarten Montessori Classroom Teacher (About 30 hours/week)
Lead a small class of PreK-Kindergarten students in a Montessori-inspired learning environment.
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters a love of learning.
Emphasize hands-on activities, outdoor learning, and social-emotional development.
Work closely with families to support each child’s growth and development.
These roles can be combined for a full-time position for the right candidate looking to balance both classroom and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children (PreK/Kindergarten) in an educational setting.
Background in Montessori education or a willingness to learn (preferred for classroom position).
Strong organizational and communication skills, especially for the Assistant Director role.
A passion for early childhood education and a desire to work in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
