Barista Café M is hiring a Barista for its Bozeman locations. The Barista position entails a mix of responsibilities and skills, including craft coffee making, natural customer service, and overall workplace management. It's a challenging position that requires great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task like an over-caffeinated lemur.
The Barista shifts split our daily hours with an early morning opening shift or an afternoon closing shift. Each Barista works a mix of opening and closing shifts. We offer a great work environment, competitive pay, thorough training, and all the lovely coffee you can drink without exploding. Part-time or near full-time hours are available. Shifts will include at least some weekend work, and we're hiring with the intention of work continuing on into fall and beyond.
