Job Description:
As a Part-Time Cleaning Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial and residential spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a wide range of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency. This position requires working during weekends and nights to accommodate the schedules of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Wipe down surfaces, including windows, countertops, and furniture.
- Use cleaning agents and equipment effectively and safely.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding task completion and any issues encountered.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and nights.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable and punctual.
