Expectations and Responsibilities include:
- Willingness to be trained on both fry and expo positions
- Coordinate communication between front of house and back of house staff
- Provide assistance to kitchen and FOH staff as needed
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Ensure food is brought up and down in temperature properly
- AM/PM Availability
- Occasionally, Remain on-premise until close to ensure cleanliness and security of the building (9/9:30 PM and 10 pm in the summer)
