Looking for a motivated self starting server captain. One that can close 3 - 4 nights a week. Thursday - Sunday. One who understands and applies service standards, is knowledgeable with food and wine and embraces hospitality. Culture is the most important for our restaurant, so one who is a team player, guest oriented and pays attention to details. Part of the job will also entail opening and closing duties to ensure that the mise en place and side work is properly completed for the restaurant. Candidate will have had a minimum of 4-6 years in the restaurant industry as a server.
