Position: Server
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Server, you’ll help create great dining experiences for our guests. You’ll take orders, answer questions about the menu, and work closely with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re someone who loves making people feel welcome and taken care of, this could be the perfect fit!

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
Record transactions in the Toast POS system correctly and timely
Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
Close Guest checks within a timely manner
Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) may be required by some employers or jurisdictions.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
Server roles typically involve standing and walking for extended periods.
Work environment may include exposure to alcohol, loud noise, and fast-paced interactions.
Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common in the hospitality industry.
