The Business Partnerships Officer will play a key role on the development team as a primary representative of the organization in the business community - strong social and communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and a keen interest in community building are critical for this position. This unique position asks the officer to do equal parts public networking as well as making a strong contribution internally to the Thrive staff and culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Public Relations, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
- 1-3 years of full-time verifiable business or communications work experience.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools as well as solid overall computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail needed for event planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills.
