The Events & Marketing Coordinator will organize fundraising events and plan and execute marketing efforts to increase support and enthusiasm for Thrive’s brand and mission. Additionally, the Coordinator will oversee a portfolio of supporters as part of development efforts. This person will play an important role on development campaigns - strong interpersonal communication skills, a growth mindset, and emotional intelligence are critical for this position. A strong belief in Thrive’s mission is integral to success in this position.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
1-3 years of full-time verifiable marketing and communications work experience.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools as well as solid overall computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail needed for event planning.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills.
